Shipping within the U.S. is included in each product price, and orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please contact us regarding Canadian and international purchases.
We are sure you will be happy with your purchase, but if not, no worries. Simply return the item to Tom Lamb Maps within 14 days of original receipt in original condition, and let us know it is on its way back to us. As soon as we receive it, we will refund the cost of the item to you, minus cost of shipping. Please note that customized items are non-refundable.
In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, damaged, or undeliverable as addressed, we cannot be held responsible after the item has shipped. Any issues must be addressed to your local post office.
